Today was a sad day. It was my last day working at the Yoga Den. I've learned sooo much through practicing and being part of the yoga den family. Yoga is about quieting the mind. Yoga is the perfect opportunity to be curious about who you are. I'm going to miss everyone.

2nd surgery was a success! They finally got the chipped bone out that was in my elbow. yay! In 3 weeks I can start yoga again :)
