On the way up to girls camp in Big Bear they had construction and had the American Flag hanging from a crane.

Lulu & I drove up to Utah to go visit family and Brittany. We saw a way take your family with you while driving a motocycle, how creative! They even smiled for me :)

I have had an elbow injury since High School and it has been ok. This week in yoga I was doing chataranga and I heard something in my elbow pop and crack. Tomorrow I'm going to urgent care to see if they can do surgery, since my doctor said he would the last time I had my elbow checked out. Within 24 hours I've not been able to straighten my arm and it's been swollen.
